Muchos formadores\/as sufren disfon\u00edas o fatiga vocal y lo asocian simplemente a \u00abgajes del oficio\u00bb o a un resfriado mal curado, cuando en realidad es una se\u00f1al de alerta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cuidar tu voz, la hidrataci\u00f3n es clave. Beber agua a sorbos peque\u00f1os y frecuentes durante la sesi\u00f3n es lo m\u00e1s recomendable, no beberse un litro de golpe al final. Adem\u00e1s, evita los carraspeos constantes, que son traum\u00e1ticos para las cuerdas vocales, y aprende a calentar la voz antes de una sesi\u00f3n larga, igual que un deportista calienta antes de correr. En su lugar, opta por prote\u00ednas y alimentos que proporcionen energ\u00eda sostenida. Si vas a estar cinco horas de pie impartiendo un taller, tu cerebro y tus piernas necesitan nutrientes de calidad, no solo cafe\u00edna. Aprovecha los descansos de la formaci\u00f3n no solo para revisar el m\u00f3vil, sino para estirar las piernas, caminar y cambiar de postura. Practicar la autorregulaci\u00f3n y no \u00abllevarse los problemas a casa\u00bb es vital.
